Introducing Cookie of the Month

If you know me, you know I love sweets.  But out of all sweets, cookies are hands down my favorites!  I mean, I'm a Tiff's Treats Elite member and I've been known to swing by Crumbl on a stressful day.  It's not just eating cookies that I love though, I also love baking them.  I think it is so fun to hunt for new recipes and try new ingredients.  Don't get me wrong, I love a freshy baked chocolate chip or snickerdoodle cookie, but I love to experiment as well.  For some reason though, I don't bake as much as I used to and I have missed that.  It may be because I live by yourself and baking cookies is not always a good hobby to have in that situation.  But I miss it and I've decided to prioritize baking in my life.  To spice it up a bit though, I'm returning to baking through my Cookie of the Month challenge.

At the beginning of each month, I'll send out a poll with 3 cookies on it.  People can vote and whatever cookie gets the most votes, that is what I will bake that month.  I'll include the recipe and pictures here so you can follow along.
